GEICO is seeking a driven, experienced, and highly collaborative professional to join our team as a Senior Recruiting Manager supporting our Operations organization

In this role, you will build strong partnerships across Operations leadership, Talent Acquisition, HR, and other internal stakeholders to align hiring strategies with business priorities. You will serve as a trusted advisor, helping to identify talent needs, improve workforce planning, and deliver a strong partnership experience across the recruiting process. The Senior Recruiting Manager, will be responsible for managing key stakeholder relationships, aligning recruiting support with business objectives, and driving communication and collaboration between the Operations organization and Talent Acquisition

This role will report into the Head of Recruiting for Operations. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary Talent Acquisition relationship, building trusted partnerships with business leaders and stakeholders Manage team to enable use of data and build sourcing strategies for hard to fill roles and to ensure hiring needs are met Partner with leadership to understand workforce needs, hiring priorities, and organizational changes that impact recruiting demand Translate business needs into actionable recruiting strategies and collaborate with recruiting teams to drive timely, high-quality hiring outcomes Lead regular talent planning discussions and
