Role and Responsibilities This role is not eligible for immigration sponsorship Position Summary: As a key member of the Samsung LA28 Olympic & Paralympic preparations team, this Operations Leader will play a critical role in ensuring Samsung’s efficient and effective representation as a key partner throughout the event

Reporting to the Senior Director of the Samsung LA28 Olympic Office, this leader will oversee communication, reporting, operational excellence, and quick problem-solving to support Samsung’s strategic objectives during the LA28 Games. Note: This is a fixed-contract with an estimated term ending in September of 2028 Key Responsibilities: Manage daily communications with LA28’s various departments including Client services, Accommodations, Ticketing, Showcasing, Media Center, Olympic Village, Venues, Digital, OOH, Finance, etc. Compile and report all information received from these departments to ensure seamless coordination Review overall hotels in Los Angeles and LA28’s contracted hotel list, and arrange hotel inspections, prepare inspection reports, and manage Samsung’s proprietary Accommodation Management System (AMS) for tracking hotel operations for Olympic Partners
