Progress starts with you. Job Description We are seeking a Senior Manager – Market Intelligence – Global SMB to join our team. This individual will champion for a unified-consistent view of the global SMB voice of the customer, providing insights that inform product development, strategy, and go-to-market sales initiatives (supporting beyond VCS)

Additionally, this leader will oversee the global SMB research agenda in coordination with both global and regional teams. Key Responsibilities: SMB Voice of the Customer (VoC) Global VoC framework - Serve as the main authority on SMB needs and their top priorities. Collaborate with VCSs global and regional teams, as well as other business units (such as Visa Direct and Visa Government Solutions), to create a unified framework that combines all research initiatives, building a comprehensive SMB perspective on key trends, requirements, and solutions

Act as VoC advisor - Introduce the client viewpoint into executive forums that are typically driven by product or function, acting as a trusted advisor to senior leadership regarding client needs and experience-related decisions. Bring SMB needs into decision making processes - Strengthen the organizations capability for client-focused decision-making by providing teams with tools such as frameworks, dashboards, and playbooks to interpret and apply VoC insights effectively.
