Progress starts with you. Job Description Role Purpose : This role will lead AuNZPI’s B2B events workstream for Visa in AuNZPI, as well as coordinating internal business-related events. This role exists to support B2B marketing in elevating tactical, one-off executions to a strategic program that supports priority sales conversations across Commercial Solutions, Acceptance, Merchants and the broader ecosystem

Events are the primary growth lever in this role. Success is defined by event quality, audience relevance, lead generation and sales pull through, not volume of activity. This role partners closely with the Marketing org, Communications and other functions to be the main point of contact and person responsible to lead and activate events but does not own media relations or PR strategy, nor internal social events

Deliver High‑Impact Visa‑Led and Partner‑Led Events: Plan and deliver a focused portfolio of Visa‑led, partner‑led and ecosystem events Including conferences, trade shows, keynote speaker events, launches, roundtables Ensure each event has a clear commercial objective, defined target audience and success criteria Work with Sales to align event design to active and future pipeline opportunities Own end‑to‑end execution including concept, agenda, speakers, partners and follow‑up approach End to end event program ownership: Create, manage, execute and optimize the end-to-end execution of Visa AuNZPI’s events cal
