You will lead high-impact initiatives that modernize the technology landscape and position the organization for future growth, including the adoption of AI-driven capabilities across the software development lifecycle. You will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of enterprise application and infrastructure initiatives, including system upgrades, implementations, and ongoing enhancements. This role requires strong collaboration across IT, business stakeholders, and external partners to define requirements, assess feasibility, and ensure alignment with business priorities

You will also drive the integration of AI-enabled practices within the SDLC to improve developer productivity, accelerate delivery timelines, and enhance quality outcomes. This includes enabling tools, automation, and governance that embed AI into design, development, testing, and deployment processes. You will drive structured execution by developing delivery plans, managing resources, tracking progress, and ensuring disciplined governance across change management, testing, documentation, and user enablement
