Provide data and privacy-related legal advice and day-to-day support required to Tencent’s global businesses

Advise on compliance across all aspects of global privacy laws and regulations, including data protection, data security and data breach rules. Develop and implement program to facilitate compliance with international data privacy and personal information collection rules, regulations and standards, including the GDPR, CCPA and PDPO/ PDPA. Manage and coordinate outside counsel for all privacy law projects

Draft, review, negotiate and administer legal and commercial documentations. Analyse global privacy legal requirements and keep our stakeholders abreast of all new privacy laws and regulations that may have implications to Tencent. Who We Look For Common law qualified lawyer with at least 4 years PQE, including at a law firm and/or in-house experience

Able to work independently while contributing effectively in a team environment. CIPP/E and CIPM certifications are preferred but not mandatory. Proven track record in dealing with data and privacy issues relating
