The Analyst will collaborate closely with a wide range of stakeholders across key financial cycles, including budget preparation, analysis of actual results versus forecasts, and execution of ad‑hoc or scenario‑based cost analyses. The role requires strong analytical capabilities, stakeholder management, and a continuous improvement mindset to ensure accurate reporting, effective cost control, and high-quality financial insights.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Your ‘day to day’:</strong><br><br></p><ul><li>Manage the end-to-end cost and budget control process, including budget planning, monitoring of actuals, and proactive engagement with business partners to ensure delivery of financial performance within the assigned area.</li><li>Gather headcount assumptions and perform salary & wages calculations as part of standard budgeting cycles, as well as on an ad‑hoc basis.</li><li>Support monthly and quarterly financial closing activities in close collaboration with business stakeholders and accounting teams.</li><li>Ensure accurate accounti
