THE ROLE: Join a collaborative finance team responsible for maintaining the accuracy and integrity of financial records. As part of the Record-to-Report (R2R) function, you will manage general ledger activities, support month-end and year-end close, and work closely with cross-functional stakeholders. This role offers exposure to financial reporting, analysis, and automation initiatives, while contributing to process improvements and business growth in a fast-paced environment

THE PERSON: A proactive and detail-oriented individual with strong analytical skills. A reliable team player who can also work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines. Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and communicating with both finance and non-finance stakeholders

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Month-End and Year-End Close Execute month-end and year-end close activities (US GAAP and Local GAAP). Prepare and post journal entries (accruals, prepayments, intercompany, fixed assets, leases, etc.). Analyze account variances and investigate unusual balances

Ensure timely and accurate close with proper documentation and follow-ups. General Ledger & Reconciliation Maintain accurate general ledger records and account classifications. Perform
