Senior Finance Leader – Defense & Systems Income FP&A

<h1><span class="emphasis-3"><b><b><b>Job Description Summary</b></b></b></span></h1>This position is a core member of the Defense & Systems FP&A team, responsible managing all income statement related activities for the business, with direct ownership of the Defense Income Statement. This role will be required to partner cross-functionally and across the division to drive effective standard work for income, orders, and overall financial strategy support for business. This role is a critical partner in improving linkage to our operational plans, external market connection, and continued process improvement leveraging FLIGHT DECK.<br><br>This individual will support implementing processes and procedures to develop and maintain a “best-in-class" planning and analysis organization while continuing to increase effectiveness and streamline processes

They must be an effective team player, able to work well across the business. They will partner with the business teams and D&S Income/Strategy leader to seek opportunities to enhance the linkage between strategic and financial plans, develop tools to improve the overall FP&A function, leverage technology, advance analytics, AI, and drive efficiencies.
