This role supports Finance and Procure-to-Pay initiatives by analyzing business needs and translating functional and technical requirements into effective system solutions.</span></p><p>Working closely with the Associate Director of Finance Engineering, this position drives application enhancements, project execution, and end-user support while ensuring alignment between IT capabilities and Finance business objectives.</p><p><span>This role is expected to begin and continue as a remote position.</span></p><p></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p><i>Business & Systems Analysis</i></p><ul><li>Gather and define project requirements in partnership with technical and non-technical stakeholders</li><li>Conduct interviews with managers and subject matter experts to document complex business rules and processes</li><li>Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical documentation</li><li>Perform business process analysis, process mapping, and gap analysis (As-Is / To-Be)</li><li>Validate the feasibility of requested functionality against existing technical architecture and data structures</li></ul><p><i>Stakeholder Engagement</i></p><ul><li>Collaborate across departments to ensure clear articulation of business goals and requirements</li><li>Build and maintain strong relationships with business user
