Job Description Micron's Singapore Process Development (PD) group in Technology Development (TD) is seeking a Senior Engineer in Plasma-CVD/Diffusion to support the development of advanced technology nodes

This outstanding opportunity allows you to build and optimize Plasma-CVD or Diffusion processes for Micron's innovative NAND Flash products. As a PD Engineer at Micron, you will transform ideas from conception through flawless process development and successful implementation in our manufacturing facilities. This role is pivotal to Micron's products and may require business-related travel

You will excel in areas such as Plasma-CVD or Thermal Diffusion process and film characterization, optimization, building, troubleshooting, process transfer, and fundamental research. You will work closely with Process Integration, Metrology, Surface characterization labs, Electrical Failure Analysis, Yield Improvement, Manufacturing, and Equipment vendors/suppliers to ensure our thin film processes meet the strict physical and electrical requirements for Micron Products.
