Role & Responsibilities Lead and manage the Planning team and Warehouse operation team. Oversee 3PLs providing packaging labor and warehouse operation services to the SEA Packaging team, managing an average of 400 3PL staff year-round. Develop and manage daily production plans, monitoring production results/performance daily
Manage daily production plans and ensure optimal 3PL staff attendance rates. Create a 10~12-week weekly production plan aligned with Sales teams' sales plans. Develop a level-off labor plan to support weekly production plans, minimizing labor turnover for stable operations
Develop daily goods receipt, production, and ship-out plans for initial launch volumes during new model launches. Ensures timely, appropriate quantities, and precise quality packaging when introducing a new strategic model during the peak season. Collaborate with HQ GMC (Global Manufactur
