Job Description This role is focused on bringing together all elements of the Visa P&L, connecting the dots across revenue, expenses, investments, and other financial elements. This person will evolve and be point person on Visa’s Corporate FP&A core processes working with counterparts within Corporate Finance as well as FP&A in regions, functions, and business units

The role will also provide thought leadership and conduct robust analyses on a range of topics relevant to Visa’s most senior executives. This is a highly visible role that includes frequent interaction with senior management and other key internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have significant experience establishing strong business and financial planning processes, budgeting, developing strategic frameworks, and driving critical financial decisions

They will have the ability to effectively interact and influence across a matrix business organizational structure and closely liaison with finance and business teams. Specific Responsibilities include: Develop 360 degree view of Visa P&L piecing together disparate elements Collaborate with other Corp FP&A leaders (Revenue lead, Opex Lead) to consolidate results for the company in support of quarterly Board of Directors meetings, company earnings, and Annual Plan Be primary FP&A point person to Global Tax and Treasury teams to incorporate those elements into EPS forecast and ana
