What you'll be doing: Guiding and directing teams of production test engineers to maintain the highest standards of quality and efficiency in test operations

Developing and implementing test manufacturing strategies and processes that align with our ambitious goals and strict standards. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including ATE platform , hardware , test programs, and OSAT engineering teams to successfully implement test plans Leading cross-functional teams to support the mass production all kinds of operation problem solving. Analyzing test data and operation KPI to determine trends, identify potential problems, and drive continuous improvement
