THE ROLE: AMD is seeking a highly skilled People Analytics Data Scientist to join our growing Talent Insights team. This role will drive advanced analytics, predictive modeling, and AI-driven insights to inform critical talent and organizational decisions. You will work at the intersection of data science, HR strategy, and business leadership, leveraging tools such as Dataiku, Power BI, and modern AI techniques to build scalable data products and deliver actionable insights to senior leaders

This is a high-impact role ideal for someone who combines strong technical depth with the ability to translate complex data into clear, business-relevant recommendations. This role reports directly to the Director of Talent Management & People Analytics.
