Senior Counsel – Independent Agency, Sales & Service GEICO is looking for an experienced legal professional to lead the legal guidance for GEICO’s growing independent agent and captive agent business selling personal and commercial insurance

Experience with agency distribution, sales, and service programs for both personal and commercial insurance products is required. In addition to providing great day-to-day legal advice and customer service for the agency distribution and sales and service business units, your role will be to help develop and execute novel and cutting-edge ways of distributing insurance through our independent and captive agents. You’ll do this by building a strong relationship with GEICO’s agency, distribution, sales, and service teams to understand their goals and plans, then collaborating to provide legal advice on how to achieve their objectives

As you see where your clients are headed, you’ll also advise them on future risks and opportunities. When your clients need additional legal expertise, you’ll coordinate with your colleagues in other divisions of the legal department to make sure your clients get the support they need to excel.
