Help lead media relations, issues management, and community management. Use technology, digital, and social skills to further drive our beauty brands to be present where consumers are today and connect in a meaningful way. Must have a passion for the beauty industry.</p><p></p><p>We are looking for this person to join our Communications organization in Cincinnati, Ohio

In communications, we use our skills to communicate with consumers and stakeholders through media relations, social media, social cause, sustainability, issues mitigation, and influencer relations.</p><p></p><p>Media Relations:</p><ul><li><p>Lead overarching earned media strategy for the brand, including responding to real time media inquiries to ensure minimal disruption to the brand and/or capitalize on brand building opportunities</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Brand Communications Plans:</p><ul><li><p>End-to-end ownership of brand communication for one our biggest beauty brands</p></li><li><p>Communicate initiative ideas in a consumer meaningful and shareable way that builds the business</p></li><li><p>Develop credentialing and awards strategy to continue to credential our brand, build relationships, and protect our business</p></li></ul><p></p><p>Issues Management:</p><ul><li><p>Build proactive mitigation plans for initiatives, future product design, brand visualiz
