Projects typically run 1–3 months and span areas such as corporate and growth strategy, new business development, market expansion, digital transformation, marketing and product strategy, payment industry analysis, and customer experience enhancement

Depending on engagement size and complexity, the Senior Manager serves as a Project Manager and/or Module Lead, leading engagements end‑to‑end from setup through executive delivery.
