This critical role acts as the <b>local business leader</b> for their assigned category, driving both commercial excellence and brand growth. You will be the definitive expert on Ukrainian consumers and customer channels, developing and executing winning strategies that deliver significant sales growth, market share expansion, and shape broader Central Europe business plans.</p><p></p><p><b>Key Job Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li><b>Lead Local Category Strategy:</b> Develop and execute comprehensive annual business plans for the assigned category, integrating brand, consumer, and commercial strategies specific to the Ukrainian market.</li><li><b>Become Market Expert:</b> Be the <b>go-to authority on consumer insights, channel dynamics, and customer needs</b> in Ukraine, translating this knowledge into actionable strategies.</li><li><b>Drive Sales & Market Share Growth:</b> Champion and lead initiatives specifically designed to <b>boost net sales and expand brand market share</b> across all relevant channels.</li><li><b>Strategic Communication & Media Management:</b> Define <b>communication priorities</b> and actively shape the UA <b>media plan</b> in partnership with brand and media teams, ensuring effective reach and message delivery.</li><li><b>Elevate In-Store Execution:</b> Define and implement "must-have" display and merchandising excellence standards to improve shelf impact and enhance the shopper experience.</li><li><b>Lead Enhanced Business Planning (EBP):</b> Drive the EBP cycle, partnering closely with sales teams to develop joint business plans with key custome
