Primary Responsibilities: Support and maintain Cerner Ambulatory modules including scheduling, documentation, orders, results, and clinical workflows Analyze ambulatory clinic workflows and translate business and clinical requirements into Cerner configuration solutions Configure and optimize PowerPlans, PowerForms, documentation workflows, orders management, and clinical decision support Support day-to-day operations including incident resolution, root cause analysis, and system enhancements Participate in system upgrades, domain moves, integrated testing, UAT, and go‑live support Collaborate with physicians, nurses, clinic staff, revenue cycle, and technical teams to improve usability and outcomes Develop and maintain functional specifications, workflow diagrams, and configuration documentation Support training, end‑user adoption, and knowledge transfer activities Ensure system configuration aligns with clinical best practices, organizational standards, and regulatory requirements Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regard to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing busin
