What the Role Entails Position Overview Tencent Finance is seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our Finance IT Management Department. This role serves as a strategic partner between Finance and Technology, responsible for the design, configuration, optimization, and support of enterprise financial and planning systems within a modern cloud environment. The Senior Business Systems Analyst leads requirements discovery, translates business objectives into scalable system solutions, and drives continuous improvement across finance processes, integrations, data models, and reporting

The role ensures system stability, compliance, and long-term scalability while supporting enhancements, testing, and production operations in a fast-paced, global environment.
