The Senior, Data Analytics - Operations (SG27) is responsible for leading a team of Data Analysts supporting Rx Clinical Operations through accurate, timely, and compliant reporting and analytics. This role oversees delivery execution, people management, stakeholder engagement, and governance to ensure operational reporting meets productivity, utilization, and quality targets

The position is a critical leadership role within the Rx Clinical Operations Globalization Strategy for 2026, enabling sustainable offshore delivery and cost-benefit realization. Primary Responsibilities: People & Delivery Management Provide direct people leadership to SG26 Data Analysts, including work allocation, performance management, coaching, and development Ensure team productivity, utilization, and adherence to delivery standards Serve as escalation point for delivery risks, capacity constraints, and quality issues Meet with Stakeholders regularly to calibrate and align the goals and objectives *Reporting & Analytics Oversight Oversee the delivery of ad hoc and recurring operational reports built in Excel and Power BI Review and approve reporting outputs to ensure 100% accuracy and timeliness prior to stakeholder distribution Ensure monitoring of key operational metrics and proactive identification of anomalies Stakeholder & Business Partnership Partner with clinical program owners, call center leaders, and ente
