</p><p> </p><p>This position sits with our Swedish Match affiliate.</p><p> </p><p>The Senior Brand Manager ZYN – Launches leads the planning and execution of high‑impact ZYN product launches, serving as a senior launch owner and strategic partner to cross‑functional teams. This role provides end‑to‑end leadership across launch strategy, packaging development, campaign direction, and commercial readiness, ensuring launches deliver against brand, consumer, and business objectives. The role also contributes thought leadership, launch best practices, and mentorship to elevate launch excellence across the ZYN portfolio.</p><p> </p><p> </p><p> </p><p>Your ‘day to day’:</p><p> </p><p> </p><ul><ul type="disc"><li>Own the strategic and executional leadership of multiple large‑scale ZYN product launches annually, ensuring alignment with brand strategy, portfolio priorities, and commercial objectives.</li><li>Set launch vision, objectives, and success metrics in partnership with senior marketing and commercial leadership.</li><li>Lead cross‑functional launch governance, coordinating Marketing, CE&A, R&D, Operations, Legal, Finance, and Sales to deliver launches on time and in full.</li><li>Provide senior oversight of packaging strategy and development
