The Role As a Unified Systems Operator at Kyndryl, you'll take on a critical role of monitoring, controlling, and maintaining cutting-edge systems across our expansive infrastructure environment. In this role, you’ll become a trusted advisor to our customers, offering insights into best practices and resource utilization. You’ll be vital in maintaining our infrastructure through monitoring and validating events and or alerts, executing preventative tasks and escalating potential outages or abnormal situations, applying a proactive approach to challenges. As a Unified Systems Operator, you’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with diverse teams and specialists on projects and interact directly with customers to understand their needs – facilitating cohesive and successful partnerships
