<p style="text-align:left"><b>Job Location</b></p>WARSAW DOWNTOWN OFFICE<p style="text-align:inherit"></p><p style="text-align:left"><b>Job Description</b></p><p><b>The Reusable AI team</b> is an essential component of the <b>AI Factory program at P&G</b>, focused on providing scalable Agentic, AI and API solutions that enhance various internal initiatives and empower data scientists with reusable tools and services. We are looking for a technical lead for the Reusable AI team within the Senior AI Engineering community.<b> As a Senior AI Engineer, and as a Technical Lead for Reusable AI you will</b>:</p><p>- Lead the technical and architectural decisions for the Reusable AI team, in particular for what concerns the development of services versus reusable components, and external contributions,<br />- Collaborate closely with the project manager to clearly understand user needs, facilitating effective communication between stakeholders to ensure that solutions meet business requirements,<br />- Oversee the development and infrastructure of AI services, such as a Translation service, and provide data scientists with templates to streamline the creation of AI processing pipelines,<br />- Engage with the IPA team to utilize their API backend capabilities effectively, and collaborate with the GenAI team to integrate and consolidate inherited services for enhanced functionality,<br />- Assess the technical capacity needed for the team’s projects, ensuring that resources and skills align with project demands,<br />- Focus on the economic sustainability of the products developed by the team, evaluating cost-effectiveness and long-term viability,<br />- Implement metrics to measure the adoption of products, gathering insights to identify areas for improvement and strategic focus in future developments.</p><p><br /><b>More generally, as a Senior AI Engineer, you will:</b></p><p>- Create and manage CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, facilitating efficient deployment process
