Arm Workforce Development builds technical capability across markets, partners, and institutions working with Arm-based technologies. We are looking for a Senior AI & Compute Systems Engineer, Workforce Development to deliver and improve technical content, labs, demos, and practical activities focused on AI workloads, compute systems, and Arm-based platforms

Strong working knowledge of Arm-based technologies, tools, platforms, or development environments is required. You will be expected to contribute confidently from the outset. What you’ll do Deliver technical content, applied labs, demos, and practical activities focused on AI workloads, model deployment, benchmarking, profiling, tooling, performance concepts, compute systems, and Arm-based platforms

Prepare, test, and adapt labs, setup guides, demos, software environments, and practical exercises before delivery. Troubleshoot issues across tools, platforms, software environments, lab setup, AI frameworks, and participant setup. Work with technical specialists, product colleagues, partners, and institutions to clarify setup requirements, dependencies, and delivery risks

Improve labs, technical assets, setup guidance, and readiness checks based on delivery feedback. Maintain technical quality across delivered content, labs, demos, and practical activities. What you’ll bring Strong working knowledge of Arm-based technologies, tools, platforms, or development environments

Technical grounding in AI/ML, compute systems, performance analysis, platform software, Arm-based development environments, software enablement, systems engineering, or related domains. Experience delivering or supporting technical content, applied labs, demos, engineering projects, developer enablement, or partner-facing technical activity.
