As a Release Train Engineer (RTE) / Agile Coach, you will play a critical role in driving program-level execution, agile transformation, and delivery governance across large, complex initiatives

This role ensures alignment between business and IT, enabling predictable and high-quality delivery. Primary Responsibilities: Program Delivery and Execution Lead end-to-end delivery orchestration across multiple Agile teams within a Release Train Ensure predictable execution by managing timelines, dependencies, and delivery milestones across teams Perform impact analysis for changes across systems, applications, and delivery plans Identify, track, and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies impacting program delivery Drive release planning, execution, and governance across multiple concurrent initiatives Agile Coaching and Transformation Act as a servant leader and Agile coach for teams and stakeholders, promoting Agile best practices Facilitate and ensure adherence to Scrum ceremonies (PI Planning, Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, Retrospectives) Drive continuous improvement through retrospectives, metrics, and feedback loops Coach teams on scaling Agile (SAFe) principles and practices Stakeholder and Communication Management Act as a central coordination point between Business, Product, Enginee
