Technical Requirements (The "Hard" Skills) S/4HANA Architecture: Must have hands-on experience with the Universal Journal (ACDOCA) and understand the unification of FI and CO
General Ledger (GL): Expertise in New GL, Document Splitting, Parallel Ledgers (Leading vs. Non-leading for IFRS/Local GAAP), and Period-end Closing Cockpit. Asset Accounting (FI-AA): Mastery of New Asset Accounting in S/4HANA, including technical clearing accounts and multi-valuation ledger integration
Treasury & Cash Management: Configuration of Bank Account Management (BAM), Cash Flow Analyzer, and Bank Communication Management (BCM). Accounts Payable/Receivable (AP/AR): Deep knowledge of Business Partner (BP) conversion (CVI), Automatic Payment Programs (F110), and Dunning. Controlling (CO): Expertise in Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), and specifically S/4HANA Margin Analysis (formerly Account-based CO-PA)
