We're thrilled to announce the opening for a Sales Intern to join our 6-month internship program in our Hong Kong office, reporting to Senior Manager, Horeca. You will learn and gain exposure through working with different stakeholders in the HORECA Sales departments. #LI-Hybrid Job responsibilities How you will contribute… KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Support sales documentation, including quotation, business review analysis, contract update, renewals Provide sales administration support including processing customer requests orders and coordinating POSM placement Assist in preparing joint business planning (JBP) presentations, reports, and supporting documents (e.g., data gathering and slide preparation)
Support system updates including pricing and relevant sales data in the company system Assist in preparing routine sales reports and performance tracking as required. Support events, promotions, and sales activities with logistics and coordination Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve basic admin/order/POSM issues and ensure timely processing.
