This role involves developing and deploying cutting-edge AI algorithms and systems on Qualcomm platforms, working closely with global cross-functional teams. # # Key Responsibilities • Design and develop AI/ML algorithms for edge devices (computer vision, perception, generative AI, etc.) • Optimize AI models for on-device deployment (latency, power, memory) • Work on Qualcomm AI stack, including SDK, frameworks, and hardware accelerators • Collaborate with product management, system teams, and customer engineering to deliver production-ready features • Support customer enablement and solve real-world AI deployment challenges • Drive innovation and contribute to next-generation AI solutions for IoT and robotics # # Minimum Qualifications • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related field • Strong experience in machine learning / deep learning • Proficiency in Python, C/C++, and ML frameworks (TensorFlow / PyTorch) • Experience in computer vision, NLP, or multimodal AI • Familiarity with Linux/embedded systems • Strong problem-solving and communication skills # # Preferred Qualifications • Experience optimizing AI models for edge deployment (quantization, pruning, model compression) • Experience with Qualcomm AI Engine / DSP / GPU / NPU • Experience working with global teams and customer-facing projects • Track record of innovation (publications, patents, or open-source contributions) Minimum Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field and 4+ years of Software Engineering or related work experience
