Job Description As a Risk Manager, for our Currency Cloud BV business, you’ll sit at the heart of our Dutch entity, helping to strengthen risk oversight, influence decision-making, and embed a strong risk culture across the organisation. This is a unique opportunity to combine strategic thinking with hands-on execution - partnering closely with stakeholders across Visa globally

What you’ll be doing In this role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor to the business, ensuring risks are identified, understood, and effectively managed in line with our risk appetite
You will: Lead risk oversight for Currencycloud BV, ensuring strong governance, control frameworks, and alignment with Visa’s enterprise risk framework Drive a strong risk culture, partnering cross-functionally (Risk, Legal, Compliance, Audit, and business teams) to identify, challenge, and mitigate risk Oversee risk management activities, including risk assessments (RCSA), incident and issue management, and enterprise risk programmes (e.g., Supplier Risk, Product and Compliance Risk) Monitor and report risk exposure, maintaining risk registers and KRIs, and providing insights to senior leadership and g
