Responsible for providing inspirational management of the Sales team, focusing on excellent Customer Experience, and driving commercial priorities. You will excel and enjoy this role if you are ready to actively handle the following missions: Manage Commercial Priorities Monitor sales and services results. Analyze Sales KPIs and take necessary steps in order to optimize sales performance
Assure proper communication and execution of all commercial priorities: Launches, Animations, Sales Mix, Beauty Pass Recruitment and Services. Optimize Gross Margin by maximizing sales by Categories and Markets. Regular visiting area stores (90% of time) in line w
