MAIN RESPONSABILITIES · New BC training · To improve BC consultation and selling skill in order to provide better service to the customer. · To guide BC and build confident to BC while working with them in the field

· To train BC on novelties in the secondary city. · To conduct beauty workshop for the customer. · To help sales department on BC evaluation

· To maintain and upgrade BC image. · To assist national training manager on daily work.
