Job responsibilities Become a Reservations Agent at Cheval Blanc, where you will shape the experience of our guests by surprising them, anticipating their needs, and offering them bespoke service. You will assist the Reservations Manager by guaranteeing the reliability and quality of our services. Behind the scenes, you will ensure the rigorous management of reservations, adhering to Cheval Blanc's quality standards and ensuring perfect coordination between the different departments of the Maison
