The Research Hub Manager co-leads an interdisciplinary research team based in Singapore, securing best-in-class practices within the designated location. The candidate will work closely with the direct line managers of the team and key stakeholders, for a successful delivery of the hub's vision and mission

As a Scientist, you will lead through functional leadership that investigates the role of nutrition to prevent disease and extend health span. INNOVATION / RENOVATION PIPELINE: Proactively propose and drive new research activities and methods that strengthen our innovation pipeline for Healthy Longevity Leverage expertise together with excellent storytelling to influence stakeholders and enable efficient decision-making Drive for impactful discoveries that break new grounds in unlocking the role of nutrition for Healthy Longevity, driving internal and external scientific credibility 2. PROJECT MANAGEMENT: Coordinates and drives research partnerships with local academic environments. Plan and deliver project activities as part of the Adult Nutrition / Healthy Longevity Program of Nestlé Research Lead
