The Relationship Manager (RM) position is responsible for the equity compensation relationship within the Wealth Management Client Segments division

They are responsible for partnering with a clients key administrative contacts (Directors and Managers of Stock Plan Administration teams). They must possess a strong working knowledge of equity compensation and relationship management. The Relationship Manager is responsible for the overall satisfaction of the client and will be instrumental in ensuring that the plan is utilizing the various components of our offering to enhance the participant experience

Service delivery within the corporate client expands beyond the primary administrative contacts. This will include individuals within human resources, benefits, compensation, and finance departments. A successful candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, proven problem-solving skills, a strong knowledge of equity compensation and stock plans, and a focus on the challenges that face todays administrators

Primary Responsibilities May Include: * Collaboration with other teams to ensure all clients receive timely responses * Delivering of regular business reviews to share thought leadership, relevant enhancements and detailed plan level analytics * Regular contact with clients to maintain a high level of personal interaction * Monitoring client satisfaction through internal benchmarks, surveys and RM check-ins * Promoting and sharing efficiencies and best practices to improve service and execution * Aligning client requests and expectations with
