Business Unit The S1 Legal & Administration Line functions as the backbone support system for corporate security, legal affairs, government affairs, administrative affairs, procurement, infrastructure, and corporate social responsibility. What the Role Entails About the Role We are looking for a Legal Regulatory Counsel to join our legal team and support the company’s rapidly growing global business (ex-China). You will collaborate closely with different business groups to evaluate new initiatives, navigate regulatory risks, and help shape how our products and services operate across markets worldwide

Responsibilities Partner with various business groups to understand business operations and product mechanics, identify regulatory and compliance risks, and provide practical, solution-oriented legal advice. Monitor and interpret regulatory developments across key markets globally, and assess their impact on the company’s products and business operations

Support the development and implementation of compliance frameworks, policies, processes, and training programs tailored to different markets and product lines. Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external counsel to manage regulatory inquiries, reviews, and investigations, and contribute a regulatory perspective to product launches and market expansion initiatives. Who We Look For Requirements 3–5 years PQE, qualified in Hong Kong, Singapore, or another comparable common law jurisdiction

Experience in regulatory compliance, whether gained in-house at a technology or internet company, at a law firm advising tech clients, or in a government regulatory body.
