Growing together. As a Home Infusion Nurse, you'll provide one on one, skilled clinical care to patients where they feel most comfortable-at home or in an ambulatory infusion suite. This role offers true autonomy, a flexible schedule, and the opportunity to build meaningful connections with patients and caregivers while delivering life changing therapies

You'll have the support of a multidisciplinary care team, comprehensive training, and the resources you need to deliver safe, effective, and compassionate infusion care. In This Role, You Will: Learn more about our Home Infusion Pharmacy: Optum Infusion Pharmacy Travel within Lansing, MI and surrounding areas to deliver care in patient homes or designated sites Work 40 hours per week Primary Responsibilities: Travel to patient homes and related sites using a personal or rental vehicle in accordance with company travel policies Provide safe and compliant infusion services in accordance with Optum Infusion Pharmacy policies, protocols, and physician orders Establish and maintain positive therapeutic relationships with patients and caregivers, including education on self-care and self-administration Assess patient suitability for home infusion therapy, including home safety, caregiver support, and patient independence Obtain and maintain accurate patient medical histories, clinical assessments, and all required documentation, including plans of care, visit notes
