Execute customer development plans to deliver sales targets, growth, and profitability within your territory Ensure market share preservation and growth Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacies, pharmacy chains, and distributors Ensure excellent in-store execution, including product placement, visibility, and promotional activities Support the implementation of commercial plans, including promotions, negotiations, and product launches Monitor stock levels and ensure optimal product availability across customers Track performance, analyze sales data, and identify opportunities to improve results Stay up to date on competitor activities and market trends within the pharmacy channel Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain, and finance teams to support business objectives What Will Make You Successful University degree Willingness/ ability to travel (valid driving license required) Minimum 2–3 years of experience in sales, ideally within the pharmaceutical, OTC, supplements, or dermo-cosmetics industry Strong customer focus with excellent relationship-building skills Results-driven mindset with strong execution capabilities Solid analytical thinking and ability to translate insights into action Good planning, organization, and time management skills Why you should apply Enjoy the wide range of Nestlé
