As part of the General Management Department, Real Estate Team, you will excel and enjoy this position if you are ready to actively handle the following missions: To contribute to the set-up of the Business Plan for each RE project and to the follow-up of the RE projects’ Approval Process To participate in the RE Projects Budgeting Process to set Capex and Opex for openings and re-modelings To participate in the follow-up of the RE Projects Business Plan, to analyze any deviations from the budget and the timeline, to help setting up the right solutions to achieve the approved KPIs To analyze and maintain reporting on main Real Estate and Construction KPIs To contribute to set and achieve each year goals for openings, closing
