The R&D Specialist (Systems Biology of Aging) is responsible to/for: Analysis & interpretation of effects of diet and nutrition on biomarkers of aging microbiome predictive of organ and systems aging. Systems biological integration and interpretation of omics data to understand healthy aging

Apply biomarkers of aging, including epigenetic, metabolomic, proteomic and microbiome-metabolomic patterns to identify people at risk for accelerated biological aging. Develop and apply predictive models how nutrition impacts based biomarkers to predict health outcomes. Investigate how complex microbiome-metabolome interact with host biology, i.e

explore how microbial and circulating metabolites mediate systemic health benefits. Colloborate with an interdisciplinary team to identify opportunites how nutrition can change systems biology to benefit specific organ systems. Propose disruptive interventional concepts how biotics or bioactives benefit healthspan and prevent disease
