This is a unique opportunity to bridge the gap between academic discovery and real-world impact, applying your deep scientific knowledge to develop technologies and products used by millions of consumers every day.</p><p>You will be at the forefront of analytical method development to characterize breakthrough technologies to solve consumer problems
You will leverage state-of-the-art instrumentation to generate critical data, uncover new mechanistic insights, and help invent the next generation of Fabric and Home Care solutions. This role is for a scientist who thrives in the lab and is driven to solve complex analytical challenges.</p><p></p><h2><b>Key Responsibilities:</b></h2><ul><li>Design and execute advanced laboratory experiments focused on volatile and semi-volatile analysis using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS).</li><li>Develop, validate, and implement novel analytical methods, particularly leveraging advanced sample introduction techniques like Headspace Solid-Phase Microe
