You will play a key role in supporting quality initiatives, analyzing process performance, and driving continuous improvement across manufacturing and business operations. ## What you’ll do * Responsible for handling of customer feedback and complaints, ensuring timely response, analysis, and closure. * Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to conduct thorough root‑cause investigations and implement effective corrective and preventive actions. * Drive continuous quality improvement initiatives to eliminate repeated issues and prevent future recurrence

* Champion proactive quality measures, process standardization, and cross‑product learning to enhance organizational knowledge and consistency. * Consolidate, analyze, and present quality performance metrics in global and site-level review forums. * Perform data analysis to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement within manufacturing processes

* Ensure manufacturing processes—and final products—consistently meet internal quality standards and customer/regulatory requirements. ## Who we’re looking for * Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree. * Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent

* 2-3 years of experience in semiconductor and quality related field. * Hands on experience in process, product, and line audit. * Possess statistical analysis, Six Sigma / Lean manufacturing skills

* Excellent analytical & problem-solving skills. * Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills. * Experience working in clean room environment
