Position Summary In your role as an experienced construction quality professional, you'll be responsibilities for overseeing the project's Construction Quality Management System (QMS)

The role involves focusing on building and continuously enhancing robust, field-applicable processes that align with corporate protocols, ISO 9001 principles (process approach, risk-based thinking, continual improvement), industry codes (IBC, NEC, SEMI standards, ASME, etc.), and the unique demands of greenfield semiconductor construction, which encompasses clean build protocols, contamination prevention, and multi-phase handover requirements. Role and Responsibilities Here’s What You’ll Be Responsible For: Lead the full lifecycle ownership of construction quality processes and procedures: author, revise, standardize, and implement detailed quality management documents including inspection/test plans (ITPs), checklists, work instructions, nonconformance reports (NCRs), corrective action protocols, audit templates, handover checklists, and cleanroom transition procedures. Drive continual improvement of the QMS by analyzing field performance data, lessons learned, audit findings, and non-conformances to identify gaps; update and reissue procedures to enhance efficiency, reduce risks, and ensure scalability across civil, structural, MEP, process utility, and cleanroom fit-out phases

Oversee contractor and subcontractor compliance: perform in-depth reviews of submittals, method statements, shop drawings, and field activities against the latest approved procedures; enforce adherence through structured oversight and corrective guidance.
