About MQC PCT Work at Micron as an MQC PCT Engineer to collaborate on key projects and improve performance. Responsibilities Complete all required safety training, ensuring all work strictly adheres to Micron’s safety policies

Assist in defining projects and programs aimed at achieving world-class startup, yield, quality, cost, and output goals. Develop comprehensive project plans and associated communication materials. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to meet company objectives and top focus areas

Establish and nurture positive relationships with both internal and external collaborators within the Micron network. Make training resources available and provide expert mentorship on process and equipment-related programs, systems, and processes. Ensure organizational compliance with company policies, regulations, and departmental procedures

Actively participate in functional teams and projects, mentoring other leaders, and encouraging a culture of teamwork and balanced success. Experience with AMC control or N2 Purge processes is highly advantageous. Requirements Proven experience in an engineering role, preferably within the semiconductor industry

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
