QA Manager Sderot– Osem Sderot Job Description Lead the overall Quality and Food Safety function at the plant, in accordance with Israeli regulations, Nestlé procedures, and international standards Develop and promote a strong end-to-end quality culture Initiate and implement cross-plant proactive processes and actions, including leading the preventive approach in collaboration with the management team Lead failure analysis, investigations, and continuous improvement teams, including handling quality incidents, customer and consumer complaints Provide professional leadership with a deep understanding of processes, data-driven decision making, and both personal and professional management of a skilled, high-performing team Job Requirements Relevant Bachelor’s degree – Food Engineering / Microbiology / Chemistry / Sciences Proven experience of 5–7 years in Quality Management within the food / chemical / biotechnology industry Significant managerial experience, including leading cross-organizational projects High level of English – mandatory Knowledge and use of AI tools Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with multiple interfaces and across all organizational levels Leadership, initiative, assertiveness, resilience, and the ability to drive change
