THE ROLE: You will drive operational excellence by partnering closely with engineering and program leaders to plan and track budgets, headcount, systems, and resource allocations while building dashboards, automations, and repeatable processes across global teams. It requires strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills to consolidate data, generate reporting, support engineering operations, and deliver clear documentation, training materials, and executive ‑ ready presentations THE PERSON: Interpersonal and Collaborative skills : You are accustomed to working with dynamic, geographically distributed technical, agile teams, where partnership and collaboration are paramount. Communication, Organization and Attention to Detail: You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organization, and attention to detail

Motivated and have strong work ethics , proven ability to take ownership of projects, proactively identifying needs, taking initiative to drive results with minimal supervision. You have strong analytical and data management skills to focus on financial, headcount, and system planning, tracking, updating and analyzing financial information KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Work closely with Engineering and Program Man
