The Role Responsibilities: Develop and maintain the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with citizen service delivery and departmental workflows. Translate functional requirements into actionable features and user stories

Engage with end-users and stakeholders to gather feedback and refine product features. Lead cross-functional teams to ensure iterative and Agile development processes. Define and communicate the product vision, goals, and success metrics

Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business and technical objectives. Collaborate with business and technical teams to ensure requirements are clearly understood and implemented. Ensure compliance with government IT standards and Agile best practices
