What you’ll do AstraZeneca is looking for a passionate Product Manager to manage our key products and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Oncology Franchise. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver impactful business plans, working alongside an experienced Product Manager and under the guidance of the Franchise Lead. As Product Manager, you will be at the forefront of executing brand strategies—driving marketing initiatives and campaigns, ensuring successful product launches, and securing the best possible positioning for our brands

This is a fantastic opportunity to join the Breast Cancer Team where we have a strong pipeline, including new indications and new molecules. Key Responsibilities Manage and shape the marketing strategy for assigned products, consolidating market insights and competitor intelligence to inform robust business plans. Collaborate across functions—including sales, public relations, and market access—to develop comprehensive plans at the disease, operational, and campaign levels
