Collaborating closely with customers and internal teams, you will provide real-time problem-solving to customer challenges and to enhance our products. Your passion for engaging with customers and innovative engineering drives progress in our industry, tackling the once unsolvable. In this role, you will directly contribute to the Etch Product Group
## What you’ll do * Collaboratively engineer innovative semiconductor equipment and process design solutions to quickly resolve customer issues and improve product quality in a dynamic fast-paced challenging environment. * Supports product development from product prototyping, development, deployment/product release, and initial field support. * Design and conduct experiments, tests, and prototypes to resolve complex technical problems
* Create clear and concise reports to present analysis and support technical recommendations. * Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-cultural teams to guide the specification and development of products. * Provides technical support for installation and/or diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging complex product issues
* Maintain a high degree of customer engagement including face-to-face and international travel to customer sites supporting near term product releases and solve customer issues. * Work in a cleanroom lab and/or customer semiconductor fab environment. ## Who we’re looking for Minimum Qualifications: * Master’s degree in Material Science, E
